Dear draughts friends Five points in answer:First: During the proposed dates I am in Cameroun. Mr Leo Springer will come in my place. His coming does not imply recognition of mr. Zubov's remaining claims on a presidency of CPI.Second: we have to respect the election of the General Assembly: Mr. Yushkevitch is President. On this point there can be no discussion.Third: If Mr. Zubov wants to honor the winner of the competition, mr. Matus, with prize money, he is welcome to do so. He may do so as initiator and implementator of the competition. Any allotment of titles is for the CPI (former SPI) to propose and for the General Assembly to ratify.Fourth: We recognize the work mr. Zubov has done in his presidency period, 1998 - 2000. He has been released with a lot of thanks for the work performed. >From August 2000 - August 2001 mr. de Bruijn as secretary has been responsible for the SPI (now CPI). For the work mr. Zubov has done in that latter period we thank him. But he, and everybody else, has to recognize that a new president, Mr. Yushkevitch, has been duly and legally elected. You is unique "president" for all history draughts movement!? From you smells as animosities in relation to progressive businesses in draughts. For the first time for all world draughts history the draughts composers of all world can be to meet together, and you do not give them it to make. For the first time for all world history of draughts composition the composers the large money for prizes has found, and you do not give the prize-winners them to receive. It thus you want "to develop" draughts movement?

I ask everyone, who can publish this letter.

Вы похоже уникальный "президент" за всю историю шашечного движения. От вас так и пахнет враждебностью по отношению к прогрессивным делам в шашках. Впервые за всю мировую шашечную историю шашечные композиторы всего мира могут собраться вместе, а вы не даете им это сделать. Впервые за всю мировую историю шашечной композиции шашечные композиторы нашли большие деньги для призов, а вы не даете призерам их получить. Это таким образом вы хотите "развивать" шашечное движение?

Прошу всех, кто может опубликовать это письмо.

It is for the new problematics president to decide on the prize ceremony. I cannot imagine he agrees on this one. If he iindeed does not agree, I shall not tolerate this to be an official prize winning ceremony. The CD at the next meeting on Saturday and Sunday will decide on proper action.

In Moscow on November 31, December 1, December 2 will held the closing 1-st World cup on draughts composition. All prize-winners and jury of competition, and also chiefs FMJD will invited.

The organizers of closing invite you to take part in this closing. All money on your travel will paid organizers (travel there-back, residing and meal in Moscow).

The program:

November 31 - day of arrival.

December 1 - solemn closing and banquet. A beginning at 14.00.

December 2 - discussion and acceptance of the rules 2-nd World cup, discussion and acceptance of the program on improvement of work and development draughts composition.

We ask in case of your consent to inform us - what the invitation need for you and where it to send (is necessary to you consult in the Russian consulate). We wait for the answer as soon as possible.
